Refund Policy

Please see below for more details regarding refunds for our digital courses.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Thrive CPG’s G.R.O.W Retail Formula Bundle or separate modules Retail 101, Gain, Retain, Optimize, Win, you may initiate a full refund request.

All refund requests for these courses must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Our site allows to track user logins, downloads, and course completion.

If we see that you have downloaded the course videos, you will not qualify for a refund.

 

General Refund Process

To initiate a refund for eligible courses, please email customer service at [email protected].

After we receive your request, we will process it accordingly.

Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take an additional 5 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
