I'm Dustin Bridgewater
A food and beverage enthusiast with a passion for helping emerging brands enter the space of grocery retail.
Having spent almost a decade working for Albertsons Companies I saw many brands succeed and fail.
The first half of my career at retail was spent launching new items for billion-dollar brands like O Organic & Open Nature, becoming an expert in working with co-packers & commercializing new items.
The rest of my career in retail was spent with Albertsons Growth Accelerator Program. An alternative profit stream that identifies, partners with, and helps grow tomorrows most successful brands.
It was here I found my passion for working with early-stage brands. Guiding them through the murky waters of grocery retail with the goal of creating an undeniable sales story they could leverage with other accounts.
After retail I spent four years working on the brand side. Initially helping a struggling brand increase its performance for an exit. Most recently helping an early stage Ag Tech startup commercialize the first branded gene edited item in retail.
My goal is simple: to equip emerging food and beverage brands with the insider knowledge of large grocery retail through the lens of a national brand. I believe in building a strong foundation, making smart, informed decisions, and navigating risks with confidence.
